I have called Mr. Battaglia right after reading his profile and within a minute I have received a call back, we set up a meeting the next day. The meeting went very well, he answered all of my questions and set up a plan. He had arranged a stager a day after we have met, a photographer a day after staging was completed (no charge) and listed my property after 2 days . The most amazing event that happened was on the third day that my property was listed it was sold above and beyond my expectation.To those of you who are reading this review, I highly recommend Mr. Joe Battaglia and his Team if you are looking to sell or buy your property.
